Strength and Conditioning! So far, seven (two not pictured) have completed the NFHS Strength and Conditioning course. This demonstrates our commitment to assisting our athletes and youth to develop physically and mentally to enhance their physical performance. Additionally, research proves that plyometrics along with weight training significantly decreases athletes' chances for injury. Weight room will be open after school from 3:30 to 5:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. You can never begin preparing too soon for next year's results!

Big Lifts! Recently, Hayes Bach came into the weight room and said he needed a water bottle; and that is what he got. Hayes, lifted right past the 500 lbs club and into the 600 lbs club. Hayes has goals to reach higher clubs by committing more time to the weight room. Good work, Hayes!
