Lake Holcombe Archery participated in the St Jude’s Charity Tournament, and had some really great scores! With the amount of discipline, determination and hard work that our archers are putting into this season, we know there’s a lot more to come!
This tournament put us up against schools across all of the United States!
During this tournament, we had 2 archers that placed within the top 20 in their grade levels.
MacKenzie Bera placed 2nd overall for 10th grade girls! Logan Jaedike placed 13th overall for 9th grade boys! This was a fun way to start our tournament season! Be on the lookout because the Chieftains are nocked and loaded! We are coming for the Bullseyes!
Way to go, Lake Holcombe Archery!

Student-Athletes of the Week:
Justine Kane: Justine played strong this past week. She displayed a tremendous amount of effort against Flambeau last week, keeping a good attitude until the end. This helped the team come away with a victory. Keep up the great work, Justine!
Tyler Hattamer: Tyler comes to practice every day ready to work hard, listen, and improve. When he found out there were going to be no JV games for the week, he was disappointed, but did not approach practice any differently. When an injury popped up, he got the opportunity to suit up for varsity because of his good attitude and commitment. Keep up the great work, Tyler!

Today the high school guitar class hosted elementary students for a carol sing along.

There will be no community yoga tonight. We will start back up in January. See you then!
