NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION

New students who have moved into the Lake Holcombe  District are asked to register in the school office, Monday-Thursday,  8:00-4:30.

ACTIVITY FEES (Waived for 23-24)

$25 per year for athletics
$5 for for forensics, if not in athletics
Maximum family fee: $75

STUDENT FEES (Waived for 23-24)

Grade K-5: $10 book/materials fee
Grades 6-12: $20 book/locker fee
(a padlock will be issued to student upon request)
Fees are to be paid in the office or by mail.

FAMILY ACCESS

Family Access provides student information for grades 4-12.  To obtain parent log-in and password, contact Karla in the  office, 715-595-4241

HONOR ROLL

Grade 6-12 honor roll is based on quarter grades.
Honor Roll GPA: 3.0-3.499
High Honor Roll GPA: 3.5-4.0
A quarter grade of F or an incomplete for any course will remove a student from honor roll, regardless of the GPA.

REPORT CARDS & PROGRESS REPORTS

Report cards for grades 6-12 will be mailed to the parent address listed in the office.  Report cards for grades K-5 will be send home with the student.
Progress reports are mailed home if a student is earning a D or F in a course. Progress reports are sent out mid-quarter.

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

Open to students K-8
Begins mid-September

BUS INFO

Chippewa Yellow Bus will be providing student transportation starting with the 2023-2024 school year. If you have any questions please call them at 715-827-9022. Please note, all inquiries and riding changes should be directed to Lake Holcombe Bus. AM route changes need to be communicated with LH Bus by 2pm the day before and PM route changes need to be communicated with LH Bus by 10am the day of.

VOLUNTEERS

Volunteers are welcome to help in a variety of areas and activities. Contact your child's teacher, or stop in the office to learn about volunteer opportunities.  All volunteers are asked to complete an application form and undergo a background check.
