Wild Wrestlers! 🤼♀️💪 🦃🍗
We had some scrappers on the mat tonight! Tonight, the wrestlers worked on stance, takedowns and standups! With handshake before and a handshake after, the kids battled hard for that takedown. In the end, all smiles. A special thanks to the dads and moms there to support and help coach. Alongside the wrestlers, our dads got some push-ups and sit-ups in too! Nice work. Until next time, get those sit-ups and push-ups in; and eat a lot of turkey! Happy Thanksgiving!

There will be an open mat on Wednesday after school from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm on the stage. We will meet in the commons after school. We will learn some new moves, play some games and takedown buddy battles!

Polish Pickled Eggs: Oh, just some enrichment fun! Mr. Senoraske's "Old Man's" recipe was the "curriculum "delivered to a group of students who participated in the enrichment lesson. These hors d'oeuvres will pair nicely with Thanksgiving dinner. Nice work Liv, Megan and Abby!
