We are so proud of our students for being part of the Lakeland Music Conference Middle School Honors Choir and Band concert last night!
Recently our middle & high school students participated in a vaping awareness assembly presented by Robb Holla, a national speaker who travels throughout the US & Canada. Through a dynamic and interactive presentation, Robb talked about making positive choices, how companies market tobacco and vaping products, consequences of vaping & other drug use, and the power of influence & perception, just to name a few.
This assembly was co-funded by the Lake Holcombe Education Foundation and proceeds from the JUUL lawsuit awarded to the district.
It's never too early to prepare for next year's sports seasons!
