Beginning July 14th the school weight room will be open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday mornings from 8:30am to 10:00am through the end of July.

June was a productive month for some of our student-athletes! These four hit new milestones this week. Combining bench, deadlift and hang clean, Emmitt Johnson and Koy Johnson reached the 600lbs club, Micoh Cutor 500lbs club and Micah Cutor 400lbs club. Great job to all those who showed up and put in the work. It will payoff come this fall. Keep an eye out for lifting times for July. We will be taking a week off after this week and potentially offering hours if there is an interest! Keep up the great work! Go Chieftains!
